I assume the 6000 is connected and working but your smartphone cannot run HP Smart
The system requirements for the HP Smart app are: An HP printer An HP Smart account A computer or mobile device with an operating system that meets the following requirements: Windows: Windows 10 Redstone 5 (version 1809) or later macOS: macOS Big Sur (11.0) or later Android: Android (10.0) or later Apple iOS, iPadOS: iPadOS 16 or later Some HP Smart features require a network connection and an HP account to work fully. Here are some tips for setting up the HP Smart app: Make sure your device's operating system is up to date Place your printer and device near your Wi-Fi router Turn on Wi-Fi on your device and connect it to your network Turn on Bluetooth so the app can find your printer For mobile devices, enable location services and allow the app to use your location to find your printer |
If HP Smart cannot run then use samsung print services
The Samsung Print Service Plugin enables printing from your Android device to your HP printer over a Wi-Fi network, or using the Wi-Fi Direct connection for Wi-Fi Direct supported printers
Wi-Fi Direct can be used to avoid configuring the router. Watch this: 6xxx
Wi-Fi Direct is explained on page 28 of the User Manual, this Wi-Fi setup avoids configuring the router.
