HP OfficeJet Pro 8023 All-in-One Printer

When I print an A4 photo using a borderless setting, the bottom edge gets cut off.

I searched lots of resources on your forum and the internet generally, I could not find a solution. Most posts mention that I need to change the "overspraying" settings which do not exist in the printer driver. I bought this printer (HP Officejet Pro 8023 All-in-one) only to print edge-to-edge photos and it is not working properly!
Please HELP me ASAP!

Thank You

In the specification of the printer borderless print is supported up to 216x279  A4 is 210x297 which means the last ( bottom) 18 mm can't be printed.

There might be limitations for borderless printing on certain paper sizes and / or types of paper.

==================================

Printer - Software

Available software / application for a particular device (computer, tablet, phone) depends on a supported Operating System / version .

The most robust tools (software and printer apps) are those found on a PC (or possibly Mac), including (perhaps) those apps and software that support printing at "Actual" size printing.

Caveat to "Actual Size" Printing

The shape and size of the original image / content to be printed impacts whether (and how) that content fits on the paper.

Aspect Ratio

For example, if the image file does not fit the exact shape and size when printed on the A4 paper, the image must be edited, cropped during print, or otherwise "fitted" to the paper.

Reminder:  Never edit or permanently change an original file without first making a copy of the file on which to practice or make your changes.

Weird! Other internet resources indicated that it supports A4. Is there any workaround to make the printout fit for A4?

@Valsimot has provided what is available.

The printer supports printing at paper size A4.

It only supports borderless printing to the size specified in the Specifications.
