Every time I add a photo/picture in a Word document, it cuts off.  I have tried everything and nothing seems to work.  I would appreciate your help.

True --

There are a bunch of rules and methods that govern Inserting photos into Word documents.

Assuming for the moment that you have indeed tried "everything" to properly Insert and Size the image into the Word document, there are perhaps a few (possibly) additional considerations that are worth a mention.

1)  The printer software might be in need of being reinstalled.  In general, reloading the software should be done after other possible causes have been eliminated.

2)  If the issue is indeed due to how the photo is placed, managed, sized, or fitted into the Word document, it is possible that Exporting the Word document to PDF and printing the PDF file might mask the source of the problem and let the document print correctly.

Why?

PDF format does not recognize much of the structure usually embedded into Word document, including photo / image data.

When the Word structure is stripped away by Exporting to PDF, some problem data, including photos / images that are wrongly sized or placed in Word might print OK in the PDF file.

3)  It is possible the source of the error is how the Word document margins are sized.  For example, if the margins are set to less than "Normal" (1/2 inch), photos near the top and particularly at the bottom of the page might be truncated along with any text, footers, or other data in that area.

This might be a format error or the limitation might be about the printer itself -

This DeskJet printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge of the printed page.

AND

Changing the orientation to Landscape merely moves the larger margin limitation to the side.

=====================================

Printing - Important -

This printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge (1/2 inch).

Borderless PrintingNo
Print Margin Bottom (A4)12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)3 mm

There is no software, firmware, or alignment that changes the larger margin requirement.

The solution to "chopped off" is to keep all data inside of 1/2 inch / 12.7mm on the bottom edge.

This limitation includes all text, images, page numbers, footer information, cells, tables, lines, other notations, and all file types, too.

Create your original document with 12.7mm ( 1/2 inch ) margins.
