Envy all in one 6032

trying to set up my new printer I’m on day 3 of attempts and it’s driving me crazy! How I do fix this? I’m stuck in this screen when asked to log into my Hp account when finishing the set up. It never goes past thing and I’ve tried on both the chromebook and my phone. HELPPP

I'd like to help!

 

Are you trying to set up using HP Smart?

 

Scroll down and select the skip option.

 

If the issue persists, try setting up the printer using HP Easy Start 

 

For chrome book, refer to -Printing with the HP Print for Chrome App
