To resolve a printing glitch (ERROR: syntaxerror), I followed instructions from a community support solution to do a complete uninstall of my HP device and software. This did resolve the error.

HOWEVER, upon re-installing according to recommendations on this website for my printer: HP Smart, and the Full Webpack, I have lost the extended Printer Properties windows. My Printer Properties now only has two tabs, Layout and Paper/Quality with an Advanced button that is also extremely limited.

How do I get access to the full Printing Properties window that includes Printing Shortcuts that allowed for the creation of custom shortcuts?
