Product: Deskjet 3000 - J310
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hey guys!

 

Once again my J310 failed to work after upgrading to the latest version of Catalina (10.15.7).

 

I did a full software uninstall of HP printer driver and went to download the latest and greatest and got this message.

What does a poor boy do???

ps: If the JPG isn't showing up the message reads:

 

HP Deskjet 3000 Printer Seriesd - J310

WE WERE UNABLE TO FIND DRIVERS FOR YOUR PRODUCT

I tried using HP Easy Start and got this reply

If you cannot see the words in the image, it says:

 

We were not able to automatically locate any software option for this product. Please go to the HP Website and search for product solutions there.
