I bought the printer a while back but now I am ready to set it up. However when I got started I found I was missing the "setup cartrdges" that was supposed to be in the box. I tried using new cartridges but that didn't work. Now I have been trying to buy another set of setup cartridges so I can begin to use the printer. I have had no luck on the phone or on line trying to buy a new set. Can any one please help me!!!
printer: HP Photosmart 5520 all in one

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.
I understand that you have an HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer and did not receive the setup cartridges for the printer. Not to worry, I'll do my best to assist you with this case.
If your printer is still under the one year factory warranty then please contact out HP phone support team to obtain the setup cartridges. If you're unable to contact the phone support then let me know your country of residence and I'll try to find the details for you.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted. Cheers! 🙂

Thank you MKazi
I have called the phone # that you suggested several times but they keep saying they are too busy and tell me to hold on the line. Then they begin asking me all kinds of questions and redirecting me to several places. I never get a "human" voice to ask my question. I just keep getting a run around.
Do you have any other sugestion or answer ?
Please help! Margie Walsh
