Where can I find the "Fax Setup Wizard" for a Windows 10 installation of a OfficeJet Pro 9015?

Just bought and setup this OfficeJet Pro 9015.  All working fine, exept fax software/interface to my Windows 10 machine.  I've connected telephone cable, and manually sent a fax successfully form the control panel on the printer.

The documentation I'm reading online, says, next:

Set up fax settings and preferences. The HP software includes guided fax setup tools (the Fax Setup Wizard in Windows or the Basic Fax Settings tool for Mac), or navigate to the Fax or Setup menus on the printer control panel.

I find no type of fax setup wizard (by that name of any other) in the HP Smart tool installed on my machine.   Nor do I find anything similar online.

Where can I get it?

What is it you are needing to do. If you can send faxes from the control panel then the basic functions of the unit are setup. If you want to fax directly from an app on your computer then you need to print the document and select the printer that has fax in the name. You will then be prompted to enter a phone number to send the fax to. If you go to support.hp.com and search for your printer you will find a user manual there with instructions on how to print it.

Same device, HP 9015.  How do I get the machine to stop printing fax reports??  Thanks
