Hello Sandy.

I kept getting an error message that says 'The photo tray is blocked'. 

I've tried everything possible including having the 'Tech person' look at it.  Nothing works.  The company purchased another one yesterday.  The HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 Series.  So I need to return the HP Envy. 

What is the mailing address to return it to.
