Welcome to the HP Community.

We are a user-to-user forum.

Answer:

There is no "email" support contact option to submit a warranty repair case to HP Support.

Explanation:

HP Support accepts case submission for registered and warrantied devices.

Most countries >> Submit a case via the online process and then receive local contact information on the screen.

Phone contact is most common - some regions offer Chat during scheduled days / hours.

If you have an extra Care Pack contract that includes software, you can submit for help with the application.

Open website  HP World-Wide Support

Select your region and follow the prompts

We are not HP Support.

We do work for free and we have a variety of volunteer Experts and Agents who dedicate time to helping others.

Out of Warranty?  What to do...

For those of us who are "Out of Warranty" people, submitting a case to HP is not an option.

HP Support does not generally provide free service for out-of-warranty devices.

Our Community is not HP Support; we do offer help free of charge.

Reminder

  • When you submit your question to the Community,
  • Provide as much information as possible about the product, for example, the exact model of the device and the Operating System
  • Tell us what you have tried to fix the problem.
  • As best you can, describe the issue for which you are seeking our help.
