Hello,

Try the following solution:

  1. Open the control panel dashboard (drag the top dashboard tab down from any screen, or tap the dashboard area on the home screen).
  2. On the control panel, touch Setup icon ().
  3. Touch Network Setup, then Print Reports.
  4. Touch Network Configuation Page. Both a Network Configuration Page print.
  5. Look for the mention WPS PIN or PIN Code on the network configuration pages. This is the code that is requested during the configuration of your printer.
  6. Type in this code which can be found on the network information pages of the printer during its configuration.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.

No WPS PIN or PIN code listed on the Network Configuration page. Where else would it be?

Thanks 😊
