How can I find the balance I owe on my printer?

Hi @Cjordan1024,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear you. When you’re trying to figure out how much you still owe on your printer, it can feel confusing, especially because HP offers different types of payment programs. The good news is: once we know which kind of HP plan you're on, finding your balance is quick and easy. Below are the ways to check your balance, depending on how you purchased your printer.

1. If you are asking about your HP Instant Ink plan (ink subscription)

Instant Ink is not a hardware financing plan, so you never owe money on the printer for Instant Ink.

But if you want to know what you owe for your Instant Ink bill, you can find that in:

👉 Your Instant Ink dashboard

Sign in here: HP Instant Ink – Ink Monthly Subscription | HP Official Site
https://instantink.hpconnected.com
(Also accessible from the HP Smart app)

HP’s billing information page explains how to check billing status and update payments.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
