I have used a HP Officejet Pro 8710 all-in-one printer for several months. It was connected to my Samsung Book S. Now, out of a sudden, the printer does not print anymore. The scanner works properly. I use wlan.

 

The same printer works properly when connected to a Samsung laptop with Intel processor. Using wlan.

 

I have installed the HP Scan Software with new drivers (for 64Bit).

I have deleted the printer in the device manager.

I have deleted the print queue.

I have turned off and on the printer,  the wifi and laptop.


The test page is not beeing printed. Onlay a error message in the print queue.
In the device manager first appears "standard" and changes to "driver not found" when sending a print job.

When switching the port, the printer is printing, but only hieroglyphics on many many pages.

 

The printer should work with the new HP scan software and drivers. But it doesn´t. Any ideas what could be wrong?
