Product: HP Envy Inspire 7255e
Hello, I'm trying to add a HP Envy Inspire 7255e to my account to start HP SmartInk.
However, after multiple attempts, I am foiled each time with the same error message: "This printer is associated with another account." I don't understand this error message since I thought I bought it NEW from BestBuy. How is this Printer already claimed by another account?
I've reset Web Services multiple times. I'm unable to print out the new claim code because I'm out of Ink (that's why I want to enroll in SmartInk).
Can someone help me add this Printer to my HP account?
Why is this process so hard to complete?
