macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My printer has suddenly started acting strangely. It won't print, or it jams, or it will print only a part of a document. I have tried re-starting both the computer and the printer, but to no avail. I have gone to the hp website to reinstall the printer driver for my product, but they don't have  one for my operating system MAC OS Big Sur 11.4. How can this be? And what do I do now?
