Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

On both my W10 desktop and W11 laptop, HP Smart usually shows the printer as offline whenever I want to do something. Sometimes, when I click through to the printer details, the Printer Information changes to online, but it doesn't always stay that way when I go back to the main operations window.

 

Also, sometimes I can print to the printer but scanning claims it's offline.

 

The software seems to be very buggy. Will that ever change?
