Hi @Dk510,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer isn't connecting to WiFi, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot.

Check WiFi Connection:

  • Ensure that your WiFi network is working properly and that other devices can connect to it.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your printer, router, and any other devices connected to your network. Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues.

Reconnect Printer to WiFi:

  • On the printer's control panel, go to the network settings and select your WiFi network. Enter the WiFi password if prompted.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Make sure your printer’s firmware is up-to-date. Check the HP website for the latest firmware version for your printer model.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Verify that the printer's WiFi settings match your network settings. Ensure the printer is set to connect to the correct network.

Reset Network Settings:

  • You can try resetting the network settings on your printer. Look for an option like "Network Reset" or "Restore Network Defaults" in the printer’s settings menu.

Reconfigure Printer via HP Smart App:

  • If you have the HP Smart app installed, use it to set up or reconfigure the printer’s network settings.

Check Router Settings:

  • Make sure that your router's settings are compatible with the printer, such as checking if MAC filtering is enabled or if there are any network restrictions.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
