HP Recommended

The wifi option is unavailable and the drivers are upto date. i reinstalled windows and updated all the drivers. Still having the same issue. when checking the device manager, I can see that bluetooth and wifi drivers are marked with a yellow exclamatory mark. Anyone please assist.
