Hi,
A solid white light means the Wireless Radio is currently turned off.
Please shortly press the Wireless button at the back of the printer, then restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode as described below and the light should go purple (See the HP ENVY 6000, 6000e, 6400e, ENVY Pro 6400 printers section below):
