Product: Photosmart 6520e

Hello, I have a photosmart 6520e printer which worked perfectly with BT broadband. Now I have changed to Sky I cannot connect the printer wirelessly. All other devices connect to Sky easily. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou, Rob

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the network settings on the printer:

 

Go to the Setup Menu>Wireless Menu>

  1. Restore Network Defaults

Once done, try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.
