Will not show option to print 8x10 photos

Unfortunately I am having several problems with this printer but right now the main one is that when I go to print out my photos there is no optionTo doAn 8 x 10 photo which is the reason I bought this printer in the first place.

If the Specifications can be believed, the printer does support this paper size (8x10 inch) - likely in type photo paper - and within the weights shown for that media.

So, that leaves whether you can convince Chrome OS to print what you want.

One thing that might help:

After you load the paper into the printer according to the  User Guide

Alert the printer to the paper loaded in the printer.

For example,

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) > Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper Management.

EWS – Browser – Tray and Paper Management

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper Management

Model Dependent:  Check the Advanced section (at the bottom of the Tray and Paper Management menu)

Click Apply to save changes
