HP Officejet Pro 8630 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I check my Win 10 Optional Updates, I have an entry:  Hewlett-Packard - Other hardware, Printer - Null Print - HP Officejet Pro 8630.  I have been getting this message for ever it seems and when I check the box to install, nothing appears to happen and the drive update stays in the optional updates list forever.  How do I get rid of the message?  Printer is working just fine and I believe I have all the most recent drivers.  Just installed a new Motherboard.

Hi,

Please Download and run the Show or hide updates troubleshooter from Microsoft.

Click Next and select Hide updates, follow the steps on screen to select the specific update and hide it, then check for any difference.

Please let me know how it goes,

Shlomi

I was able to find this module to showhide and it worked.  Took a while to find the module name but when I found it, it was a program on my machine and opened and helped me hide that one driver update.  Thanks for the prompt reply and resolving my issue!
