I read an article on this forum that is locked: I fixed the issue by just editing the "install" files of the hp drivers to search for 18363 instead of 18362.
How do I accomplish this? OR, is there another solution? My older build had no problem with this printer but now I get messaged to check my usb connection etc. There are no physical problems with my wired connections. I love this printer and when I purchased it, it was a $400 dollar investment and I really don't want to invest in a new printer that would have the same capabilities.
Thank you all for a good fix/recommendation!
