Product: HP Deskjet 460c Mobile Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have used this printer for years. My company just sent me a new laptop and now Windows will detect my printer but is says driver not installed. I have tried the online tools and nothing works. The printer still works from an older laptop so I know the issue is not with the printer. Please help.

Hi @EddManager ,

 

You may need to install driver with the Windows Update button from Add Printer option.
