Why can't windows 11  install Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/10/2017 12:00:00 AM - 44.1.2402.1741 driver update?

        Hello flyingsteve,

 

 

Yes, you can prevent the update from showing up again by running the Microsoft Hide Windows Update utility that I

zipped up and attached below.

 

Run the utility.

 

It will search for updates.

 

Check the box to hide the Hewlett-Packard - USB update.

 

The utility will run and then report the problem is 'fixed.'

 

Restart the PC.

 

If the update is still there, try to run it again and it should disappear the next time.

 

         

  • Click on yes button to say thanks
  • Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered
  • Please contact me to inform me of the resullt
