Windows 11 driver for HP Deskjet D4300?

Where can i find a Windows 11 driver for an HP Deskjet D4300 printer?

i have a new HP Envy laptop with Windows 11 home. I also have an old HP Deskjet D4300. The printer shows in my printers/scanners but a message says "Driver is unavailable". I cannot find an English language driver anywhere on the web (did find a European driver on a CNet site but couldn't figure out how to use it).

Thanks, i downloaded the exe but the installer hung when installing the device and i killed the task after waiting 5 minutes.

Now, I'm thinking there's been something wrong with my printer (or its cable) all along because the instructions on HP's download page for Deskjet D4300 has instructions for using Windows pre-loaded software via a USB port but when i connect the printer, i hear the USB port connection sound but do not see a pop-up asking me to choose what to do (and i do get that pop up  using a different device on the same USB port).
