havent been able to print for month.

 

finally got the printer firmware to update. but it won't accept jobs from my laptop.

 

following troubleshooting, i uninstalled the driver, hid the printer in smartprint app, restarted the computer, went to install the driver and get the message "driver unavailable"

 

help!

Please install the next driver for your printer:
