Microsoft Windows 11

Drucker HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series, Kauf 01/2020 an USB-Anschluss und Windows 11Pro (64bit), Version 21H2. Das Gerät funktioniert weder als Drucker noch mit              HP Smart als Scanner. Habe bereits "HP Print und Scan Doctor" eingesetzt, der Drucker wird hier erkannt - das Problem konnte jedoch nicht gelöst werden: kein Drucken kein Scannen  möglich.  Ich kann mir doch keinen neuen Drucker kaufen, mir scheint Bitte auch, dass HP das Problem noch nicht thematisiert hat. Weiß in der Community jemand Bescheid zu diesem Thema?
