I have a
HP Laser Jet Pro M15w, recently set up on a new Windows 11 computer. As far as I'm concerned, this problem--which I have learned via Google searches has been ongoing for several years, is not solved. It's been ongoing for 3 weeks on my system. The update "Show Hide" troubleshooter does not work, or at least no longer works. It doesn't even detect this problematic HP "update." Neither, so far as I can see after 3 weeks of trying, does repeatedly clicking "Retry."
HP needs to work with Microsoft to fix this. It is affecting many users.
