HP Recommended

Running Windows 2019 Server on AWS, connecting via Remote Desktop.
HP Smart will not install the driver for my OfficeJet Pro 9015E because it is not an approved OS.
Are there any workarounds or other compatible drivers (i.e. PCL5) that will work with the printer. Cannot use redirected printers as the printer is in another location connected via VPN tunnel.
