Hello,

on my PC, I see a message in Windows Update:

HP - USB - 12/10/2018 12:00:00 AM - 49.0.4411.18331 installation error – 0x80070103

When I click repeat, the same message appears again.

Is there any solution? Where is the problem?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see this discussion at the link below.

 

You may have to click on 'Retry' in Windows update several times after you hide the update on W11 and restart the PC.

Hi, I tried to hide the update using Wushowhide. Everything is OK now. The error is not displayed. Thank you.
