Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw

I Have tried everything I can think if to resolve this Windows 11 Pro Update error.  Nothing seems to resolve. Simple Google search indicates this is a common problem with no known resolution.

My printer is:  HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw

 

     Hewlett-Packard - USB - 4/8/2019 12:00:00 AM - 1.0.0.237

     Install error - 0x80070103

 

Tried disabling optional updates

resetting windoiows update

Microsoft Windows Update Troubleshooter

Microsof Hide Updates Utility - wushowhide

Re-installing HP drivers from HP website

Updating Printer firmware, etc.
