I AM TRYING to connect my OfficeJet 5264 printer to my wifi. When I get to the point of having to enter the password for my wireless network, you have to type it in to the little screen on the printer. Trouble is, the letters are arranged in groups like on a telephone, eg.  - abc def ghi jkl mno pqrs etc. - How do you type in the second or third letter in one of those groups? There are no options and no directions. For instance, I need to type in an "n," but the little screen only lets me type in "m." Please help. I don't remember having this issue with my old wireless printer.

I have a printer and i have faced a similar issue few days back.It generally occurs if the security key is entered incorrectly. After entering the proper security key it is expected that the wi-fi will connect to the printer if not the better solution is mentioned in this facebook page which i personally prefer if any sort of printer issue arises.
