I have a C410B all in one set up and printing wirelessly with my DeskTop PC - all works OK.
I wish to add a Latop to also print wirelessly.
Downloaded the current correct full feature package ... using HP support solution framework (install manager) - it ruins installs .. then gets to Wirless part - and fails with cannot find printer.
I do the next step and put in teh IP address manually - still fails to find.
I open a cmd prompt and I can ping the printer from the laptop using same IP address, so definitely network connectivity.
Laptop is connected by WiFi to my broadband hub.
To be honest had immense problems getting my PC to install for Wireless printing ........... the HP install package seems to be an issue.
PC & Laptop are both W10 64bit

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Photosmart Premium- C410b printer. I understand that you are unable to setup wireless connection with your laptop, and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.
Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,
- Restart the computer, printer, and router.
- Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Temporarily disable firewall software on the computer.
- Uninstall and reinstall the HP driver and software.
- Reinstall the HP software.

OK working now.
Initially had issue HP support assistant was in a loop ..
install - new software available do you want to upgrade - yes - install - new software available do you want to upgrade etc.
Gave up removed all HP software - reboot PC, Printer & router
Downloaded file direct this time (no support assistant) turned off firewall and it installed OK
