I've tried and tried to get things set up but it's not working. When I try to add the serial number it tells me to add the product number and then tells me it's invalid and to add a valid number but it's the number both on the computer, on the app and on the printer diagnostics. I bought it second hand so I'm wondering if needs to be reset or if there's something else I need to do.

Check the product number on the printer itself, it must be on a label, on the back side, or under toner access door.

Use following page to check serial number is it recognized for your printer model

The serial number is 10 digit starting with 2 letters

The serial number is accepted but it needs the product number and the exact product number isn’t there. There’s a similar one but the letter at the end is different and in the title it has “loyal” but otherwise is correct. Have they stopped servicing this printer or something?
