You need to get the printer status report.

From the Home screen, touch (right arrow), and then select Setup. Touch Reports,
and then select Printer Status Report

if you cannot print the status report then connect the printer to the modem / router and access the EWS page

This explains how to use the EWS
Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)

let me know if you need help connecting.

This error may be cause by 2 things, firstly you would have to check your cartridges.

There is a chance that the error is caused by "bad cartridges" (it won't tell you which one) so you would have change one by one your cartridges  (this could be considered the "cheapest" solution - you could use old cartridges to find out which one is the one causing the error).

In case the error persists it's the "printer head" that needs to be replaced (this would be the "expensive" solution). You may use the actual cartridges*

The change of print head is quite easy, you wouldn't need a technician for it.

The printer head may be repaired, but its a difficult job, you need certain knowledge for it.

Hopefully it will help you to solve.

Cheers!
