I just bought ENVY 6030. Printing word document including pictures, got by inclusion or copy paste, give bad result: scale of picture is wrong, about twice bigger than desired. So I get half of the picture. The only way to get the good scale (equal to what I have on the screen of PC) is to include pictures jpeg format. But pdf, png, or pictures got by copy of sceene / paste give bad result. Solutions? Thanks

This is true:
Copy / Paste does not work to place images in Word document when the document must be printed from Word.
You might get away with copy / paste if you Export the Word document to PDF and printing the PDF file.
I believe that generally, .png files follow the same rules as used for .jpg files - Use Insert to drop the image file into the document - if needful, check / change the size / position of the file.
Some things to check ...
Preferences - Correct odd / wrong-sized Image Sizes (for example, when printed from Word)
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers > Right-Click on your printer > Printing Preferences >
Tab Layout > Click Advanced > Switch OFF HP Real Life Technologies
"Fix the image" as it appears in your Word Document
If you do not already have a copy of the image file, create a file from the image in your Word document.
Open your Word document
Right-Click on the Image
Use "Save-As" and save the image as a .jpg file on your computer.
Pay attention to the folder in which you save the file...
(Not copy / paste)
Use Insert > Pictures and insert the image file into your Word document.
Right-Click on the image (after it is placed in the document)
Adjust the Size and Position to move the image inside the document boundaries.
What else?
If it is only the "one" image that is misbehaving, you likely do not have to change this setting...
Word document > File > Options > Advanced
In Section Image Size and Quality
CHECK Do not compress images in file
and
Select a Default Resolution
For example, 330 ppi or 150 ppi
A lower number creates a less dense image (and slightly reduces overall file size).
What else?
If all else fails, you can usually control the size of an image by stuffing it into an empty text box.
Insert Text box
Then Insert your image inside the box
- Use Insert (as opposed to copy / paste) when placing images into a document
- If images will not stay contained in spite of margins:
- Insert a Text box of the size necessary to contain the image
- Remove the "default text" bits from the box
- Insert the Image inside the empty text box
Example
Chicken_in_Text_Box_Insert_1

You are welcome.
Both Insert and exporting the document to PDF will usually work.
The "Text Box" solution is rarely needed but can help when the structure of the Word document (line spacing, fonts, size, margins) seem to be interfering with one or more images placed into that document.
Stay Safe!
