Hi Again, I'm trying to print bingo cards 1-100 but I need to stay in the specified drawer. I'll choose drawer 4 that has the letterhead in it but after the first page it switches to the default drawer 2. If I choose a drawer for 100 documents (excel sheets 1-100) I want them all to print from the same drawer without having to open the Printer Properties GUI for all 100 pages or print them individually. I've resorted to taking the paper out of the other drawers to force it to print from drawer 4 which prevents other jobs from printing in between letterhead runs.
Is there a better driver than the HP Smart Universal Printing Driver?
Also how do I keep the printer from changing to duplex printing if I change the Page Order to Back to Front? I want it to stay on None.

First off is this the V4 or V3 version of the UPD. As you are printing from Office365 apps (or at least appears to ) the V4 version should provide more reliable interface for printing. I will note that NOT setting paper types for the trays on both the printer and in the driver is a recipe for printing issues. Leaving paper types as unspecified can result in print issues. I can suggest that if you have the paper type set on the printer as letterhead and then send a multipage document it might be trying to be helpful by only printing the first page on letterhead and then on plain paper
The best way to way to handle repetitive jobs is to change all the settings you want for that type of job and then save it as a preset by clicking the icon circled below and giving it a name. Then you simply select the preset the next time and all the custom settings will be applied to that job as well.

I tried making a custom preset and selected the paper as plain and it prints page 1 from drawer 4 and ignores the preset for the rest of the job and prints from other drawers.
It's v4 of the UPD. I installed the one that wasn't labeled ARM.
HP SUP v 4.08.1.3348 (12/05/24)
Printer Lang PCL6
I updated my original post with a front to back issue also.
My last machine was a HP E87650 and worked very well until it hit 430k.
