Hi Team,

Below is our printer while giving JPG and PNG Prints its shows an error "Your printer has experienced an unexpected configuration problem. 0x80010105."
and below is the picture of the error.

Kindly advise how to fix the issue printer driver firmware is upto date and i have re-installed printer on my laptop but no luck.

below are the printer details.
