Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Hey!

 

I am unable to add the printer because of the wrong driver. I downloaded all drivers dedicated to WS 2008 and it doesn't work. Any Solutions?? 

 

I also tried to add the printer by the tcp printer and the result is still the same. 

 

The printer only works if I add the network printer by windows 10 etc.

Hi,

Follow the guidelines listed within the 'Customize the installation' section below to install the software using an MSIEXEC command, the same applies to your printer model too.

Be sure to add an ENTERPRISE=YET attribute for a successful installation of your printer drivers:

If you experience any issues with scanning, be sure to install the Desktop Experience feature on your server.
