I just set up my new printer and changed the admin password via advanced settings on the HP Smart application. It said I do not need a username, so did not enter one. I entered a password twice, and it seemed to accept it. Now, when prompted for a password, my new password does not work. I see others have had this issue, but the fix is provided via private message and not posted in the community. I just need to know how to reset the admin password.

- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
