Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I cant log into the printers admin account or any account for that matter. I have done the reset to factory setting through the printers display interface but it seems to retain some settings including the passwords. How can I reset the printers passwords?

I have tried the default passwords from the user manual and from some other post but none have worked.
