HP Recommended

am not able to setup my new HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdwe using the USB option as well as the wireless option(setup incomplete). I have observed that the USB connection at the back of the printer is not working although the printer is a new one. 

 

I also tried using the wireless option, am able to do the paring but can complete setup. 

 

any help?
