Product: HP DeskJet 2720e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new. Will not install keeps coming up with 'cannot find drivers'  I have tried HP smart, diagnostics It's driving me mad! any help please?

Try to install the next drivers:

>> HP DeskJet 2720e - basic printer software

 

* Click on YES button  to say thanks, 

* Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered.

Hi The basic webpack you suggested for the drivers is for the 32 bit version it will not work because it needs to be the 64 bit version but thanks for trying.

is it also supported for 64bit device actually i am using 64 bit device i need for this.
