Hi,
Is it an HP or a Brother’s printer?
When the operating system provided by Microsoft, the printer by Brother, I wonder how that would be an HP issue, it’s quite the same as saying this is Google’s or Fiat’s issue.. that makes no sense at all.
A printer issue would likely be caused by the printer itself or the connection to the computer, have you contacted Brother’s support?
Is this an HP PC? Or may you missed providing some information? 🤔
