The error that I get is that there is more than one access point with the same name. I can't get the network admin. to change the names so I want to know if I can setup and use my printer using an USB cable and just bypass using wireless connection. Printer is a DeskJet Plus 4152. I'm using a Dell laptop running Windows 10 pro. If I can't the printer is useless to me.

Sure, you may connect the printer with a standard High Speed 2.0 USB cable for a printer, simply plug it to your computer and an additional print queue will be added:
