Can I use heavy cardstock paper in my Premium C310a All-In-One Printer?  If so, Is there any special way to use it?

Hi @DonC55,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you want to print on Heavy cardstock.

The HP Photosmart Premium C310a All-In-One printer is generally capable of printing on heavier paper like cardstock. However, it's essential to check the printer's specifications to ensure it supports the weight and thickness of the cardstock you intend to use.

The maximum paper weight and thickness that your printer can handle should be listed in this User Manual. pages 32-33.

Exceeding the recommended paper weight might cause paper jams or other printing issues.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
