Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer

HP ENVY 6400e series  .  Talked to an agent at 801-251-7666.  became suspicious when he tried to sell me a firewall product for $1090 for 5 year

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  Do be careful of scams from dubious sources.

 

Try to reset the wireless for the printer and use HP Smart app to setup again (would need to remove the printer from HP Smart first).
