Can'd download HP Smart App to my Macbook Pro with macOS Sequoia 15.1.0

I can't seem to download HP Smart App. I want to be able to use my HP Envy 6055 printer with a MacBook Pro more seamlessly. I have macOS Sequoia 15.0.1. (I put Catalina because it didn't offer me the "Sequoia" option.)

Nothing happens when I click on the download button. It turns green, says "install," and then about 10 seconds later it turns blue again and says "download" (or whatever), but nothing has happened. No file appears in my download folder or on the desktop or anywhere else.

I cannot debug the problem.
