Product: HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been having trouble with print requests not running. Ran the Print & Scan Doctor diagnosed I need should replace my drivers. When I try to download the drivers it first wants to collect information about my system which might take as much as 3 minutes. I have tried 3 times with the same results. That is that I give up after 15 minutes and exit the process. Any thoughts???
